•  By paying for reservations for RV and other parking sites at Lamar RV Park, all Tenants and Guests acknowledge that they have reviewed, understood and accepted the Lamar RV Park Policies & Rules herein.  Furthermore, Tenants and Guests agree to abide by all park rules and policies during the duration of their stay.  Failure to comply may result in additional fees, termination of stay or eviction without refund.  We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.​

• Rent payments for the RV park are due prior to guest arrival. We do NOT accept cash, but do accept credit card, Cash App and Zelle payments. Depending on the payment method, tenants might be charged a processing fee. For long-term tenants ("Tenant"), a late fee of $50 will be charged if rent is not paid within 5 days of the payment due date. For short-term guests ("Guest"), payments must be made prior to arrival.

• Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets, including but not limited water leaks or other damage caused by their vehicles or equipment—that occur during their stay in the park.

• Tenants and Guests assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

• The park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

​​​​

•  Lamar RV Park does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any Tenant or Guest. You must make arrangements to have your mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.

​​​

• All Motorhomes, RVs, or Travel Trailers must be 10 years old or newer, in good working order and appearance.

​

• We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

​

• Tent camping is permitted only in RV spaces when RVs are being rented.

​

• Tents are limited to a maximum of two per site and cost an additional $20 per tent, per night.

​​

• A Total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity of 4 people for the site at any given time.​

​​

• Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9:00 am and 10:00 pm, but they must first register with Lamar RV Park Management at info@lamarrvpark.com.

​​

• Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.  All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 PM.

​​

• No overnight parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis, or utility trailers is allowed in the

common area of the park. RVs/trailers and cars must be parked at your rented space.

​

• Only 1 RV and a maximum of 1 other vehicle are allowed per site.

​

• An extra vehicle is defined as any vehicle that exceeds the maximum allowed on each site as stated above.

Extra Vehicle Parking Fees:

• Each extra car or pick up truck parking: $10 per day or $100 per month 

• Each extra RV parking without hookups: $15 per day or $150 per month

• Extra vehicles can only be parked on non RV hookup sites.  Any extra vehicle parked on an RV site will be charged the same rate as a regular RV site rate.

• The only exception is visitor parking. If an existng Lamar RV Park tenant has a guest visiting for the day, the guest may park in our park free of charge.​​

 

• Charcoal grills, wood fire pits, deep fryers, and tiki torches are PROHIBITED.

• Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.

•  Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots are not allowed outside.

• Maintenance on RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed.

• Washing RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed.

• The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.

• Clotheslines are not allowed

• Guests may not hang any items from the trees.

• All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. No dumping of furniture is allowed onsite.

• Only 1 RV and a maximum of 1 other vehicle are allowed per site unless stated otherwise.

• All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the park.

• DO NOT leave trash out overnight.

• Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers, or car dollies are not allowed on sites.

• Drones or other remote-controlled machines may not be used at any time on
the property.

• All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.

Late Check-Out Policy:
We may be able to arrange an early check or late checkout for you.  Please call or text us at ‪(325) 933-4030 to check availability. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.
